Pricing is crucial. The home has to be priced at true market value so we don’t leave any potential buyers out. When priced too high, you miss out on your window of opportunity and may end up losing money due to price reductions.
We only get one chance at a good first impression and this is where presentation comes in! A home’s presentation starts outside. We want to “wow” potential buyers before they even step a foot inside! A well manicured lawn, bright flowers, fresh coat of paint on the front door and power washing are just a few items that would make your home look bright and welcoming. Once inside, a home needs to be decluttered, organized, and cleaned. This will allow potential buyers to visualize themselves at home.
No matter how small the home, professional photography is a must! Nowadays 90% of buyers will search for their home online, which is why your home photos are so important! These photos must highlight your home’s features, show room size and tell your homes' story. Ultimately, these photos may be the only first impression!
